I don’t believe in making New Years resolutions. If you’re going to do something, don’t say you’re going to start January 1. Start now. I know the new year sounds like a good time, a fresh start, plus all the holiday gorging is done… But it’s not! No one really follows through on their resolutions! Make goals. Set deadlines. Stop putting things off until later. No excuses. I’m sick of hearing people that are full of shit. Don’t just talk about it, DO IT. Or go screw.
