Pulled Pork Ramen

 SO. GOOD.

 This is a pumped up ramen recipe. It’s using the pork I made in last weeks recipe. It’s a pretty simple recipe and makes your plain old top ramen kinda fancy. 
Ingredients:

  • 2 packets of ramen, toss the packets
  • Pork bone broth
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 oz pulled pork

First I should probably tell you how to make bone broth. You basically boil water with pork bones and peppercorns. Use 4 cups of the bone broth and add the soy sauce in a small-medium pot. Bring to a boil. Add in the eggs.

 After you see some whites from the eggs, add in the ramen and count to 100. Turn off the heat and add some of the shredded pork. 

   

 BOOM!

Eat up. It is amaaaazing.

   

 

Needless to say, this was 2 servings. Dinner for 2?! Yes please.
