Joe’s Crab Shack Crab Dip

This stuff is so good, I made it twice in 2 weeks. 


8 ounces cream cheese

4 tablespoons mayo

1 cup sour cream

4 tablespoons butter, softened

1 teaspoon cajun seasoning salt

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 small onion, minced

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

4 cans real lump crabmeat (6 oz cans)

Mix it all together, except half of the cheese. Sprinkle the other half of the cheese on top, then bake at 400F until the cheese on top is slightly brown. Serve with celery (nature’s spoon!) or tortilla chips. Be happy forever. 

I switched it up a little the second time. I wanted it extra cheese so I put the 1 cup of mozzarella mixed in and added a 1/2 cup of cheddar on top and it was badass. Oh and scallions are so good too!!!
